NIMS is a JIRA-based, web-oriented application for the facilitation of issue, change and project management. net-linx uses the NIMS system primarily for the handling of error messages, change requests, task management and information demands (RFI). NIMS also supports requirement management, project status monitoring and error elimination. The NIMS workflow management capabilities make it a useful tool for process management and improvement.
